Medical Benefits
We have two medical plan offerings - Copay/Base Plan and HDHP (High-Deductible Health Plan - also known as HSA plan). The copay plan has a lower deductible but higher monthly premiums. It allows you to pay a fixed amount, known as a copay, for specific health services. The HDHP has a higher deductible, but lower monthly premiums and the ability to take advantage of more tax savings. Plus, Perimeter contributes towards your HSA account for you to use for medical expenses (refer to HSA Bank link under Benefits in Staff Knowledge Base).
Our medical network is Cigna (PPO). However, Healthgram is our third-party administrator who verifies eligibility and processes claims (as well as hosts our wellness program).

- Questions about your benefits or billing
- Finding an in-network doctor or specialist
- Finding the right doctor or hospital when you have an upcoming medical procedure
- Estimating upcoming medical costs
To view your medical and prescription claims, look up covered expenses, or keep up with your deductible (and track your Trax wellness points), log into their member portal website.
