HSA Bank is our health savings account administrator for those who are on the high deductible health plan. It offers a 3-fold tax advantage: tax-free contributions, tax-deferred growth, and tax-free spending (on qualified expenses). The HSA funds never expire_** and grows year over year. And it is yours to keep even if employment changes._

📄️ Life Insurance

Perimeter pays for Life Insurance through Geneva Benefits for all Full-time employees to help ensure your family has the financial support they need in case of a fatal accident or illness.

📄️ LTD

Perimeter pays for Long-Term Disability through Geneva Benefits for all regular Full-time employees to help you to continue to receive much needed income if injury or illness prevents you from working. You can receive up to 67% of your salary through disability insurance.

📄️ Medical Benefits

We have two medical plan offerings - Copay/Base Plan and HDHP (High-Deductible Health Plan - also known as HSA plan). The copay plan has a lower deductible but higher monthly premiums. It allows you to pay a fixed amount, known as a copay, for specific health services. The HDHP has a higher deductible, but lower monthly premiums and the ability to take advantage of more tax savings. Plus, Perimeter contributes towards your HSA account for you to use for medical expenses (refer to HSA Bank link under Benefits in Staff Knowledge Base).
