Annual Staff Review Overview
The annual staff review provides an opportunity for reflection, planning, and team alignment. It fosters clarity, encourages growth, and strengthens connection to Perimeter’s mission.
Purpose
Look Back: Review last year’s goals, celebrate accomplishments, and discuss challenges. Look Ahead: Set goals for the coming year to ensure alignment and support development and performance. Monitor Culture: Evaluate individual performance and organizational health.
Who Completes the Review
- Required: All full-time and regular part-time staff (working 10+ hours per week).
- Optional (but recommended): Other part-time staff
- If you’re unsure whether you need to complete a review, please check with your supervisor and/or HR.
Deadlines
- Employee Submission: Friday, November 21
- Final Approval: Friday, December 19
Staff Review Process
Step 1: Employee Completes Review
- Check with your supervisor for guidance on goals or expectations for next year.
- Complete the Staff Review eForm under
Intranet → Quick Links → eForm → Annual Staff Review 2025. - If desired, you may fill out the Word document of the review, and then transfer your responses to the eForm.
- Fill out Sections 1, 2, and 3 only.
- To view last year’s goals, open “Annual Staff Review – LAST YEAR (2024 goals)” and click the eye icon next to your name.
- Click Submit when complete.
Important Notes:
- You must be logged into the Network to submit.
- Complete in one sitting if possible. If pausing, click Save Draft.
- Schedule your review meeting with your supervisor (often during a regular 1:1).
Step 2: Supervisor Completes Review
- Supervisor gathers input from upline leadership.
- Supervisor completes Sections 2 and 4 of the review.
- Clicks Save Changes.
Step 3: Review Meeting
NEW THIS YEAR—ONLY 1 MEETING!
- Employee and Supervisor review all sections together.
- Employee shares feedback or additional comments.
- Supervisor provides feedback on performance and goals. Update future goals if needed.
When finished:
- Supervisor clicks Save Changes. (If you can’t see “Save Changes,” minimize the approval box.)
- Supervisor clicks Approve.
- Employee signs, adds comments (optional), clicks Save Changes, and clicks Approve.
Saving or Printing Your Review
- Go to the review form on the Intranet and click Responses.
- Click the eye icon next to the review you want.
- Click the Adobe Acrobat icon in the top-right corner to download the PDF automatically.
Please note: Human Resources reads all staff reviews.
