HSA Bank

HSA Bank is our health savings account administrator for those who are on the high deductible health plan. It offers a 3-fold tax advantage: tax-free contributions, tax-deferred growth, and tax-free spending (on qualified expenses). The HSA funds never expire and grows year over year. And it is yours to keep even if employment changes.

Perimeter makes bi-annual contributions (May and Nov) to staff who have the high deductible health plan. The full year's total for the different coverages are seen below (it will be pro-rated for those coming on or off the medical plan during the plan year):

Maximum contribution for 2023 is $4,150 for employee-only coverage and $8,300 for family coverage.

By law, you are not eligible to use or contribute to a FSA if you are contributing to a HSA. Also, you need to stop all H S A contributions 6 months prior to getting on Medicare.
